PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 23rd day of May 1985, published in the Gazette of 30 May 1985, No. 101 at page 2371, under the heading "Crown Land Subject to Certain Rights, Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Dargaville" by adding after the words, "contained in A. 538109" the words "for State housing purposes".
