2992 THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 130
- (a) Any notice to be given to the grantee shall be sufficient if served personally on the grantee or (in the case of the grantee being a corporate body) delivered at the registered office or usual place of business of the grantee to a person appearing to have for the time being the control of such premises, or sent by registered post letter addressed to the grantee at the postal address set out in the application for a consent or any subsequent address notified by the grantee to the Minister.
(b) Any notice to be given on the part of the Minister shall be sufficient if given in writing signed by the Minister or by any person purporting to act on behalf of or under the authority of the Minister.
(c) Any notice to be given to the Minister shall be sufficient if given in writing delivered to or sent by registered post letter addressed to the Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Energy, Electricity Division, Private Bag, Wellington.

The works described in the Schedule shall be operated to supply the normal electricity demand of the Tauranga City Council and to conform reasonably to the pattern of the grantee’s daily load curve.

The Tauranga City Council consent to generate dated the 1st day of February 1979 and published in the Gazette on the 15th day of May 1979 at page 307 is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
Location and General Description of Works
Omanawa Station:
The water for the Omanawa Station shall be taken from the Omanawa River at a point in Section 579, Block VI, Otawhero Survey District and return to the Omanawa River at a point in Section 10 of Block VI, Otawhero SD and the water shall be used for the generating of electricity by means of the following works:
(a) Headworks consisting of a weir and intake in the Omanawa River giving a static head of approximately 33.5 metres.
(b) An intake tunnel leading in a north-westerly direction from the intake aforesaid for a distance of approximately 220 metres to a screen chamber and the powerhouse hereinafter referred to.
(c) Water turbines, generators, and all necessary hydraulic and electrical equipment housed in a powerhouse situated on the left bank of the Omanawa River at the foot of the Omanawa Falls.
(d) A tail race leading from the powerhouse aforesaid to the Omanawa River.
As shown on the plan marked SHD 417, deposited in the office of the Electricity Division, Ministry of Energy at Wellington.

Designation of Administrative Local Authority for Community Arts Council
Pursuant to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth The Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974 as subsequently amended under section 3 in 1977, I hereby designate the Raglan County Council to be the administrative local authority for the Raglan Community Arts Council.

Pursuant to section 32 (i) of the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand Act, 1974, and on the recommendation of the Central Regional Arts Council, the Queen Elizabeth II Arts Council of New Zealand hereby designates the Marlborough Community Arts Council for the following duly defined area:
MARLBOROUGH
to include Blenheim Borough, Awatere County, Picton Borough and Marlborough County, and to exclude Kaikoura County.

- (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 22.
(2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 9th day of November 1984.

The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 21) is hereby revoked and the Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefore.
