Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Ihupuku Swamp Wildlife Management Reserve.

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Vesting of the Reserve in the Southland County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Oteramika Centennial Recreation Reserve Board to control and manage the Oteramika Centennial Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, vests the said reserve in the Southland County Council in trust for a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the said Act.
