Land Acquired for Road in Block XIII, Piako Survey District, Waikato County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Waikato County Council on the 4th day of July 1985.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 4th day of July 1985.

(b) Pursuant to section 20, further declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Classification and Naming of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose (cemetery) reserve, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Lincoln Cemetery.
