NOTICE is hereby given of decision No. 133 of the Commerce Commission, dated 18 June 1985. By this decision the Commission consents to the collective pricing agreement between Allied Liquor Merchants [South Canterbury] Ltd. and various liquor outlets participating in the “SOS” buying and marketing groups.

Commerce Act 1975


NOTICE is hereby given of decision No. 134 of the Commerce Commission, dated 18 June 1985. By this decision the Commission consents to the merger or takeover proposal whereby New Zealand Steel Limited might acquire, directly or indirectly, up to 49.9 percent of the issued capital of Pacific Steel Limited subject to the condition that New Zealand Steel Limited (whether alone or together with any of its subsidiaries) will not, directly or indirectly, have the right to appoint a majority of directors of Pacific Steel Limited.
