Land Acquired for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in the City of Waitemata

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of June 1985.

Declaring Land to be Road and Land Severed by Road to be Taken in the City of Whangarei

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which shall vest in The Whangarei City Council;

(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1), and declares that the land shall, when so taken, be incorporated with the land in certificate of title No. 30C/1372, North Auckland Land Registry.
