Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Marlborough County Council.

Land Acquired for Road in Block V, Waiheke Survey District, Waiheke County

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road, and shall vest in The Waiheke County Council on the 27th day of June 1985.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road which, pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 30 and shall vest in the Crown on the 27th day of June 1985.
