PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for motorway purposes and the land and airspace described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for motorway purposes and both shall vest in the Crown on the 13th day of June 1985.

Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken, in Blocks IV and V, Otama Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road, which pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall form part of the State Highway 25.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 117 (7), declares the area of said stopped road fifthly described in the Second Schedule hereto to be added to the land set apart as a provisional State forest by Gazette, 23 November 1922, No. 89, page 3070.

(d) Pursuant to section 119 (1), declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken.
