Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares the land described in the

to the right-of-way, drainage and sewage easements contained in
transfer 684608, to the drainage and sewage easements contained
in transfer 550165 and to the sewage easements contained in transfer
