PURSUANT to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The Marlborough County Council.

PURSUANT to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and the airspace described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Wellington City Council on the 6th day of June 1985.

Declaring a Right of Way Easement Acquired Over Land in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement of right of way is hereby acquired over that part of the servient tenement defined as right of way over the land described in the First Schedule hereto in favour of that dominant tenement land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and shall confer upon the registered proprietor of the dominant tenement his assigns, invitees and servants the full, free right to pass and repass from time to time and at all times by night or day with or without normal and usual implements, equipment and machinery and motor vehicles of any kind loaded or unloaded subject to the right of the registered proprietor of the servient tenement to park on the right of way in such a manner as not to deprive the registered proprietor of the dominant tenement of reasonable access to other parts of the right of way area and subject further to the maintenance of the right of way being equally shared between the respective registered proprietors.
