PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the No. 4 Transport District Licensing Authority (J. M. Foster), gives notice of the receipt of the following applications and will hold a public sitting in the Conference Room, Ministry of Transport, Old Post Office Building, corner Arawa and Fenton Streets, Rotorua at the time and date stated to hear evidence for or against granting them.

T3/576 Mary Katherine Holl: Transfer Taxicab Service Licence No. 3225 to Pamela Amy Scott.

T3/598 John Sinton and Tearu Gray: Transfer Taxicab Service Licence No. 12832 to Inia Mark Heperi.

P3/581 Buses Limited: Amend Passenger Transport Service Licence No. 14654 by adding:

(a) To extend Hillcrest service via Plunket Terrace, namely 9.30 a.m. and 4.50 p.m. to Hillcrest and 11.50 a.m. from Hillcrest—Monday to Friday;

(b) The licensee is also authorised to meet passenger requirements on its Hamilton City licence.

G3/590 Peter Anthony and Patricia Mary Christieson: A new Goods Transport Service Licence with one motor vehicle and one trailer with exemption from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 for the carriage of:

(a) Freshly harvested maize with a moisture content of not less than 18 percent from the No. 4 Goods Service District to driers in the No. 3 Goods Service District during the period 1 April to 31 August annually;

(b) Bulk burnt lime for road making being delivered direct to road construction sites on which it is to be used throughout the North Island.

G3/595 Andrews Roading Contractors Ltd.: Amend Goods Transport Service Licence No. 02114 by adding:

(a) Eight motor vehicles with exemption from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 for the carriage of company’s owned and leased plant and tools of trade in the No. 1 and 7 Goods Service Districts;

(b) Five motor vehicles with exemption from section 109 (1) of the Transport Act 1962 for the carriage of bitumen and bituminous productions, kerosine and diesel oil in bulk by road tankers throughout the North Island.

Closure of Area B to Orange Roughy Fishing by ‘Others’

NOTICE is hereby given that the quota allocation of orange roughy as prescribed in clause 3 of the Fisheries (Sea Fishing) Notice 1984* for commercial fishermen in the ‘Others’ category in New Zealand Fisheries Area B has been taken.

Price Order No. 312 (Milk Delivery Margins and Allowances)

  1. Hunter Macandrew Donaldson, being duly authorised by the Secretary of Trade and Industry in this behalf, do hereby make the following price order in accordance with the provisions of section 89 of the Commerce Act 1975, and section 25 (3) of the Milk Act 1967 (as amended by section 6 of the Milk Amendment Act 1980).

  2. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 312, and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 199* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

  3. Price Order No. 309† is hereby revoked.

  4. This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1985.

  5. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Schedule thereto, and substituting the following Schedule.
