Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First
Schedule hereto to be road and to be vested in The
Eketahuna County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped, and to be
amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume
776, folio 36, subject to memoranda of mortgage No.
205206.4, 205206.5, 525370.1 and Statutory Land Charge
No. 577356.1, Wellington Land Registry.

lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares the portions of
road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further
declares the said stopped road, now known as Sections 77 and 78,
Block IV, Otanake Survey District, shall be amalgamated with the
land in certificate of title No. 10B/269 subject to memoranda of
mortgage H. 368486.3 and H. 377236, South Auckland Land
Registry.
