Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Block X,
Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay County

Pursuant to sections 20 and 153 of the Public Works Act 1981,
the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a limited access road, which
has become road, limited access road and State highway and,
pursuant to section 11(1A) of the National Roads Act 1953 shall
form part of State Highway No. 50, and shall vest in the Crown on
the 30th day of May 1985.

All that piece of land containing 463 square metres, situated in
Block X, Heretaunga Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 7785;

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The
Silverpeaks County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped,
and when stopped, shall be amalgamated with the land in
certificate of title No. 363/83.

Amending a Notice Declaring Stopped Road to be Disposed of in
Block VII, Maruia Survey District, Waimea County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the
4th day of March 1985 and published in the New Zealand Gazette
of 7 March 1985, No. 39, at page 1091, declaring stopped road to
be disposed of by omitting the following:
"N. L. Peacock and Sons Limited,"
and substituting the following:
"N. J. Peacock and Sons Limited."
