Land Declared to be Road, Road Stopped and Vested and Land
Taken and Vested in Block XI, Mangapakeha Survey District,

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development—

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, to be road, and to be vested in The
Masterton County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and
declares that the area shall be incorporated in certificate
of title, Volume B2, folio 1449, Wellington Land Registry.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road
described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and
declares that the area shall be vested in William Michael
