Fees Payable for Testing of Dairy Detergents and Sanitisers

It is hereby notified for public information that on and after 1 February 1985 there shall be payable for testing of dairy detergents and sanitisers provided by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries the respective fees as set out in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE

Detergents: $160 per sample
Sanitisers: $190 per sample
Detergent/Sanitiser: $300 per sample
Teat Sanitiser: $70 per sample
Bar Soaps: $60 per sample
Rinse Aids: $130 per sample
Other Products: To be decided on the basis of costs incurred in the testing of sample

The other products test incorporates test for bloat remedies.

Social Security Act 1964—Maternity Notice

Pursuant to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice Brian Hazleton Waish, M.B., Ch.B. (New Zealand) of 15 Kawaka Street, Titirangi, Auckland, has notified the Minister that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits, on the terms provided for in section 112 of the Social Security Act 1964, and consequently he is entitled to recover any fees in respect of his professional services as if that Act had not been passed.

Roman Catholic Primary Schools and Certain Roman Catholic Secondary Schools in the Archdiocese of Wellington and the Diocese of Palmerston North (Attendance Dues) Notice 1984

Pursuant to section 36 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice approving the charging of attendance dues at Roman Catholic primary schools within the Archdiocese of Wellington and the Diocese of Palmerston North and at certain secondary schools within the Archdiocese of Wellington and the Diocese of Palmerston North.

This notice supersedes all previous notices establishing attendance dues in Roman Catholic primary schools within the Archdiocese of Wellington owned by the Archbishop of Wellington, and within the Diocese of Palmerston North owned by the Bishop of Palmerston North.

NOTICE

  1. This notice shall be cited as the Roman Catholic Primary Schools and certain Roman Catholic Secondary Schools in the Archdiocese of Wellington and the Diocese of Palmerston North (Attendance Dues) Notice 1984.

  2. The proprietors of the following schools may enter into an agreement with parents or other persons accepting responsibility for the education of a child at any of the schools listed below requiring them to pay attendance dues:
