PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 11th day of April 1984 and published in the Gazette of 18 April 1984, No. 64 at page 1232, acquiring land for road in Block II, Kaeo Survey District, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired, subject to the mining rights created by conveyance 326244 (R. 424/27), transfer 172439, transfer 13477, transfer 172464, South Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity (housing) and shall vest in the Crown on the 14th day of June 1984.
