Reservation of Land and Appointment to Control and Manage

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets
apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a government
purpose (wildlife management) reserve, and further, pursuant to the
Reserves Act 1977 appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control
and manage the said reserve as a government purpose (wildlife
management) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.

Partial Revocation of a Notice Setting Apart State Forest Land as
an Ecological Area—Paparoa State Forest—Westland
Conservancy

Pursuant to section 15 of the Forest Act 1949, the Minister of
Forests hereby revokes the notice dated the 18th day of March 1980,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 March 1980, Volume
I, page 909, insofar as it pertains to the land described in the Schedule
hereto, at present being part of the land in Roaring Meg Ecological
Area.
