Cancellation of the Vesting in the Southland County Council of
Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the
Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands
hereby cancels the vesting in the Southland County Council of that
part of the reserve for recreation purposes, described in the Schedule
hereto.
