Revocation of a Notice

PURSUANT to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation of land and declaration that the reserve be part of the Queen Elizabeth Park Recreation Reserve notice dated 24 September 1979, and appearing in New Zealand Gazette, 4 October 1979, No. 92, page 2922.

Declaration that Land is a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Masterton Borough Council on the 28th day of March 1984:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Masterton Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a reserve within the meaning of the said Act.”

Reservation of Land and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Ngakawau - Hector Recreation Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a recreation reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Ngakawau - Hector Recreation Reserve to be administered as a recreation reserve by the Ngakawau - Hector Recreation Reserve Board.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to Classification of Reserves and Declaration That They be Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977 and by reason of an error made in the notice hereinafter described, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the notice classifying 2 reserves as reserves for scenic purposes and declaring that the reserves form part of the Rocky Point Scenic Reserve, dated the 30th day of July 1981 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 August 1981, No. 96, page 2253.
