Land in the City of Christchurch Held for the Christchurch Southern Motorway Declared to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 288 square metres, situated in Block XV, Christchurch Survey District, being Lot 1, D.P. 7848. Part of the land in Gazette notice 853918, Canterbury Land Registry.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in First Schedule hereto to be road, and vested in The Waipa County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be taken under subsection (1) of that section and vested in The Waipa County Council.

(c) Pursuant to section 116, declares the road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped.
