Declaring Land Held for Buildings of the General Government to be Crown Land in the City of Wanganui

Pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land Held, Subject to and Together With Certain Rights for Post Office Purposes to be Crown Land in the Borough of Mount Wellington

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of March 1984 and published in the Gazette of 29 March 1984, No. 49 at page 934, declaring land held, subject to and together with certain rights for Post Office purposes to be Crown Land pursuant to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, by deleting the fourth line of the preamble thereto and substituting the following:

“591170, 591171, 591596, 606530, 607711, 613433 and 676746 described in”
