Amending a Declaration Pursuant to Section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, Declaring Land Acquired for Service Lane in the City of Wellington

—

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Proclamation dated the 10th day of January 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19th day of January 1984, No. 3, at page 98, by omitting the following:

“and shall vest in the Crown”

and substituting the following:

“and shall vest in the Wellington City Council”.

Declaring Road in Block XVI, Rotorua Survey District, Rotorua District, to be Under the Control and Management of the Rotorua District Council

PURSUANT to section 124 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date hereof, be under the control and management of The Rotorua District Council.

PURSUANT to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Raglan County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and vested in The Raglan County Council.
