Amending a Declaration Declaring Interests in Land to be Acquired for Road in the Borough of Port Chalmers

PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 2nd day of April 1984 and published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 12th day of April 1984, No. 61, page 1163, declaring interests in land acquired for road in the Borough of Port Chalmers, by omitting the words “for road” where they appear in the heading and in the seventh line and substituting the words “for the purposes of a road”.
