Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hawkes Bay Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawkes Bay Licensing Committee on 29 March 1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Angus Motor Inn.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday and Saturday—Closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—West Coast Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the West Coast Licensing Committee on 5 April 1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises listed in the Schedule below.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—South Canterbury Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee on 23 March 1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Twizel R.S.A. Club Rooms.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve—Closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any New Year’s Eve—Closing at 00.30 o’clock on the morning of New Year’s day.

(c) The hour of opening on any day is to be the usual hour of opening as prescribed by section 168, Sale of Liquor Act 1962.

(d) The hour of closing on any day other than on the days nominated in (a), (b) and (c) hereof shall be the usual hour of closing as defined in section 168, Sale of Liquor Act 1962.

PURSUANT to section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (14) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee on 5 April 1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Okato Tavern, Okato.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On any Christmas Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11.30 p.m. in the evening.

The Traffic (Mangonui County) Notice No. 2, 1984

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and pursuant to a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mangonui County) Notice No. 2, 1984.

The Traffic (Mangonui County) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated the 5th day of May 1972*, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Mangonui County at Pukenui:

Far North Road: from a point 150 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from the Waimamaku Stream Bridge to a point 800 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from the said bridge.
