Change of Classification of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a local purpose reserve to a Local purpose (public utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
