Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve and Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Marlborough Catchment Board and Regional Water Board to control and manage the local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (soil conservation and river control) reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
