Transfer of Unformed Legal Roads in Blocks I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII and XIII, Town of Macetown, Block XIV, Shotover Survey District and Soho Survey District

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Lake County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block IV, Wairarapa Survey District, Featherston County Council

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Featherston County Council, pursuant to the said section 323 and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Paradise Bay Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, Assistant Director-General of Lands, of the Department of Lands and Survey, hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said reserve to form part of the Paradise Bay Scenic Reserve to be administered by the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board.
