Notice of Receipt of Application for the Amendment of an International Air Services Licence
PURSUANT to section 14 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Continental Airlines Incorporated of Los Angeles, United States of America, has applied for an amendment to its International Air Services Licence to allow it to operate 5 return services per week for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail over the following routes:
(a) Three return services per week over the route Los Angeles - Honolulu - Auckland - Sydney/Melbourne.
(b) One return service per week over the route San Francisco - Honolulu - Nadi - Auckland.
(c) One return service per week over the route San Francisco - Honolulu - Auckland - Sydney.
Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation wishing to make representations relating to this application, must forward those representations to reach me on or before 4 May 1984.

Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife refuge).

Declaration that Land shall be a Walkway

Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal
PURSUANT to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal on the 21st day of February 1984 ordered that the name of Warren John Cole of Auckland, barrister and solicitor, be struck off the Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand and further ordered that the said Warren John Cole pay to the New Zealand Law Society by way of penalty a total sum of $1,050 and further ordered that the said Warren John Cole pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of $1,000 in respect of costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry before the Tribunal and that the said Warren John Cole pay to the Auckland District Law Society the sum of $3,000 towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by its District Court.
