(c) To invest short term funds in fixed income investments in New Zealand whether directly or through group investment funds or otherwise.

(d) To invest in such other investments as may from time to time be approved.

(e) To manage maintain lease sell or otherwise deal with or dispose of any land acquired or held by the partnership.

  1. The principal place at which the business of the partnership will be conducted from is Hume House, 152 The Terrace, Wellington.

  2. The partnership shall commence upon registration of this certificate pursuant to section 54 of the Partnership Act 1908 and subject to the provision in the partnership deed relating to earlier dissolution shall terminate upon the expiry of seven (7) years from the 15th day of March 1984.
