CORRIGENDUM

The Town and Country Planning (Wellington Regional Planning Scheme, Principal Section: Scheme Change One) Order 1983

In the Order in Council with the above heading published in New Zealand Gazette of 19 January 1984, No. 3, page 90, for the date “19th day of January 1983” which appears in the third and fourth line, read “19th day of December 1983” which date appears in the original order signed by the Governor-General.

Land Taken for River Protection Purposes in Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, City of Upper Hutt

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be taken for river protection purposes and to be vested in The Wellington Regional Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1.1519 hectares, situated in Block XIII, Akatarawa Survey District and being part Section 116, Hutt District; as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 32563, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of March 1984.

The Trustee Banks (Change of Name) Order 1984

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 2nd day of April 1984

Present:

THE HON. J. K. McLAY PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 3 (3) of the Trustee Banks Act 1983, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Trustee Banks (Change of Name) Order 1984.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 9th day of April 1984.

  2. Approval of changes in name—Each trustee bank named in the first column of the Schedule to this order is hereby given approval to change its name to the name that is set out in the second column of that Schedule opposite its existing name.
