AREA OF SUPPLY
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point at the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7575 and proceeding south-westerly along a right line to the north-western corner of Lot 20, D.P. S. 24870, thence south-westerly to the north-eastern corner of Lot 22, D.P. S. 24870, thence north-westerly by a right line along the northern boundary of that lot and the boundary of that lot produced to the intersection with the centre line of Sisam Place, then generally south-westerly along the centre line of Sisam Place to the intersection of that line with the centre line of Olympic Drive, thence generally westerly along the centre line of King Street, thence southerly along the centre line of King Street to the intersection of that line with the southern boundary of Lot 27, D.P. S. 5786 produced, thence westerly along a right line to the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 8664, thence generally north-westerly to the south-eastern corner of Lot 15, D.P. S. 14550, thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Lot 9, D.P. S. 14550, thence generally south, west and north along the boundaries of the aforementioned Lot 9 to the north-eastern corner of Lot 7, D.P. S. 14550, thence generally along the northern boundary of that lot and its boundary produced to the intersection with the centre line of Arawa Road, thence generally north-westerly along the centre line of Arawa Road to the intersection of that line with the centre line of Bridge Street, then westerly along that centre line produced to the right bank of the Awatapu Lagoon thence generally north and west along that bank of the Awatapu Lagoon to the right bank of the Whakatane River, thence generally northerly and easterly along that bank of the river to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 238, Waimana Parish.
Thence north-westerly, north-easterly and south-easterly to include the whole of the bridge across the Whakatane River to the westernmost corner of Lot 18, D.P. S. 9222, thence generally northerly and easterly along the right bank of the Whakatane River to Irakewa Island, and the M.H.W. mark to the north-western corner of part Allotment 245, Waimana Parish; thence generally southerly and westerly along the easternmost boundary of that allotment to the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 20477, thence generally south-westerly to the south-eastern corner of Lot 16, D.P. 20477, thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the boundaries of Allotments 537, 538 and part 245, Waimana Parish to the northern corner of Lot 1, D.P. S. 8280, thence by a right line to the easternmost boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 16519 to the south-eastern boundary of proposed Lot 327, being a proposed subdivision of Part 1, D.P. S. 16519, thence along the south-west boundary of proposed Lot 327 to its intersection with the northern side of the proposed extension of Waieew Parish, thence to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 45, D.P. S. 21263 and the north-western boundary of Allotment 553, Waimana Parish, thence generally westerly and southerly to the eastern side of Valley Road, thence generally southerly along the eastern side of that road to a point on the road boundary in line with the northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 7575 produced, thence by a right line to the point of commencement.
The said area being more particularly shown in yellow on the plans marked NZE 2062/2, 2062/3, 2062/4, 2062/5, deposited in the office of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy at Wellington.

Thames Valley Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1984
I, William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to the Thames Valley Electric Power Board to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule here.
This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:
CONDITIONS

This licence may be cited as the Thames Valley Electric Power Board Electricity Supply Temporary Licence 1984.

The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976 and the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, shall be incorporated herein and shall form part of this licence, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1976, and with all regulations made in amendment thereof or in substitution therefor, except insofar as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.

The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (i) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976. The system of supply authorised under paragraph (j) shall be a single-conductor earth-return system and the use thereof shall be subject to the terms and conditions laid down by the Deputy Secretary of the Electricity Division of the Ministry of Energy.

This temporary licence issued under section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, shall be in force for a period beginning on the 1st day of April 1984 and ending with the 31st day of March 1985 or the earlier issue of a licence under section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968.
SCHEDULE

All that area of the Thames Valley Electric Power District which is defined in the Third Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 2nd day of March 1950, and published in the Gazette on the 9th day of the same month at page 238, and in the Proclamation dated the 7th day of March 1958, and published in the Gazette on the 13th day of the same month at page 328, but excluding the area comprising the Urban Division of the Thames-Coromandel District.

All that area of land on Whanganui Island.

Dunedin City Council Electricity Supply Licence 1984
I, William Francis Birch, Minister of Energy, acting pursuant to section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, hereby issue a temporary licence to the Dunedin City Council to supply electricity, and to lay, construct, put up, place, and use all electric lines and works which may from time to time be required for the distribution and supply of electricity within the area specified in the Schedule hereto.
This licence is issued subject to the following conditions:

The system of supply shall be as described in paragraphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), (h), (i), and (j) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1976. The systems of supply authorised under paragraph (j) aforesaid being a single conductor alternating current earth-return system at pressures of 6600 volts and 11 000 volts and also a two-conductor direct-current system, at a pressure of 600 volts for supply to the licenseeβs trackless trolley-omnibus system. The use of the earth-return system of supply shall be subject to such terms and conditions as are from time to time laid down by the Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Energy, Electricity Division.

This temporary licence issued under section 20A of the Electricity Act 1968, shall be in force for a period beginning on the 1st day of April 1984 and ending with the 31st day of March 1985 or the earlier issue of a licence under section 20 of the Electricity Act 1968.
