Declaration that Land is a Walkway
PURSUANT to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1975, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the walkway be known as the Tutira Walkway.

Notice of Intention to Take Land Near Te Kaha (Block II, Haparapa Survey District) for Road
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road, to be used for corner improvement to State Highway No. 35, approximately 2 kilometres south of Te Kaha.
The taking is considered essential for the safe and convenient use of the road.
Any person having an estate or interest in the land may within 20 working days after the date of this notice send an objection to the Registrar, Planning Tribunal, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Wellington. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 210 square metres (8.3 perches), situated in Block II, Haparapa Survey District, being part Te Kaha 43 Block; as shown coloured sepia on S.O. Plan 5933, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Gisborne.
A copy of the plan may also be seen at the Post Office at Te Kaha.
The land to be taken is formed as road, and is situated approximately 2 kilometres south-west of Te Kaha.

Sale of Bay of Plenty Harbour Board Land
- George Frederick Gair, Minister of Transport, having obtained the concurrence of the Minister of Finance pursuant to section 143A (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby approve pursuant to section 143A (1) (a) and section 143c (1) (b) (i) of the said Act, the sale of the land referred to in the Schedule hereto by the Bay of Plenty Harbour Board pursuant to section 143c of the said Act and I specify that my approval hereunder is effective from the date hereof.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land Registration District of South Auckland, being part Allotment 420, Section 1, Town of Tauranga, containing 4800 square metres, more or less, being part of the land shown in certificate of title 28B/893, as more particularly shown marked “A” on Plan S.O. 52941.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Proposal to Export Water from Deep Cove, Fiordland, to Overseas Destinations
THE Commission for the Environment has received an Environmental Impact Report on the proposal of Triune Resources Corporation to export fresh water by tanker from Deep Cove in Doubtful Sound, Fiordland.
In accordance with the provisions of the Environmental Protection and Enhancement Procedures, written submissions are invited on the environmental implications of the proposal. Submissions should be sent to the Commission for the Environment before 5 p.m. on Friday, 11 May 1984. It is requested that these be made in dark legible script on A4 sized paper.
Copies of the report may be obtained for $10 plus $1 postage from John Bamford Associates (P.O. Box 618, Nelson).
The report may also be inspected at the Fiordland National Park Headquarters, Te Anau; the Te Anau Community Library; the Manapouri general store and Post Office and the Invercargill public library as well as at public libraries of the 4 main centres and the 7 university institutions.
The Commission for the Environment is located on the First Floor, CPD House, 108 The Terrace, Wellington. Mail should be addressed to P.O. Box 10 241, Wellington.
