Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation for the purpose of a Landing Place and Recreation Reserve for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Matehaere Whakau.

All that piece of land situated in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District and described as follows:

2987 Waiteti 2A (B 1E 1K 3 created by partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 14 December 1959.

Pursuant to section 439 (5) (d) of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Reservations described in the Schedule hereto are hereby redefined as being for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Karenga Hapu and the people of New Zealand generally.
