Declaring a Right of Way Easement Acquired for Post Office
Purposes (Microwave Station) in Block V, Waiheke Survey
District, Waiheke County
PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister
of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect
having been entered into, a right of way easement over the land
described in the First Schedule hereto, appurtenant to the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto and subject to the terms
and conditions set out in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby
acquired for post office purposes (microwave station) and shall vest
in the Crown on the 29th day of March 1984.

Servient Tenement
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Waiheke Survey
District, Waiheke County and being part Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 75718,

Dominant Tenement
ALL that piece of land containing 1819 square metres, situated in
Block V, Waiheke Survey District, Waiheke County, being Lot 109,

THIRD SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE Crown will maintain the right of way until such time as the
registered proprietor, his executors, administrators, successors and
assigns desire the use of it when the cost of such future maintenance
will be shared by the Crown and the registered proprietor, his
executors, administrators, successors and assigns on such basis as
shall be mutually agreed upon.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks VII, VIII, IX,
Highlay Survey District—Waihemo County
PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Deputy
Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land,
described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown
by the Waihemo County Council pursuant to the said section 323
and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed
to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
