PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a works depot and shall vest in The Whakatane District Council on the 29th day of March 1984.

Land and an Interest in Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XVI, Tapapa Survey District, Matamata County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto and the interest in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Douglas Ross McGlashan, farmer and Christine Margaret McGlashan, his wife, and Peter George McGlashan, farmer and Lynette Fay McGlashan, his wife, all of Tirau, as tenants in common in equal shares, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence, Volume 2020, folio 83, South Auckland Land Registry, are hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the 29th day of March 1984.
