Fixing Rate of Kiwifruit Levy 1984-85

(Notice No. 3209; Ag. 4/54/10/1)

PURSUANT to regulation 18 of the Kiwifruit Marketing Licensing Regulations 1977, as I have received a recommendation from the Kiwifruit Authority, I hereby give notice that:

(a) The rate of kiwifruit levy for the year ended 31 March 1985 shall be 51 cents in respect of each tray of kiwifruit exported.

(b) The full amount of the levy shall be due and payable to the authority by the exporter when the tray is exported but the exporter may recover from the producer an amount not exceeding 32 cents per tray.

Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

PURSUANT to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is hereby given that a supplementary integration agreement has been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietor of Sacred Heart Girls’ College, New Plymouth.

The said supplementary integration agreement comes into effect on 15 February 1984. Copies of the supplementary integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Department of Education, Head Office, National Mutual Building, Featherston Street, Wellington, and at regional offices.
