(e) No results are to be advertised within New Zealand other than by way of availability of official results within agents premises.

(f) All prizes won in New Zealand are to be paid through the banking system in New Zealand in New Zealand currency.

(g) Duty at the rate of 23.3 percent shall be payable to the New Zealand Government on all tickets sold to persons resident in New Zealand.

(h) Every person who gives or disposes of or offers to give or dispose of any ticket in any Tattersall's lottery to any person in consideration of that person buying or having bought any goods or services or the right to attend any entertainment commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $200.

(i) A quarterly statement is to be submitted to the Department of Internal Affairs, giving the following details:

(i) Number and type of lottery conducted;

(ii) Sales of tickets and gross proceeds for each lottery promoted within New Zealand;

(iii) Amount of duty payable to New Zealand Government.

Any breach of the terms and conditions of this permit renders it liable to revocation.

Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal

Pursuant to section 119 of the Law Practitioners Act 1982, notice is hereby given that the New Zealand Law Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal on the 3rd day of November 1983, ordered that the name of Anthony Shane Henderson of Hamilton, barrister and solicitor, be struck off the Roll of Barristers and the Roll of Solicitors of the High Court of New Zealand, and further ordered that the said Anthony Shane Henderson pay to the New Zealand Law Society the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) in respect of costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry before the Tribunal, and that the said Anthony Shane Henderson pay to the Hamilton District Law Society the sum of three thousand dollars ($3,000) towards the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by its District Council.

New Zealand Dairy Board—Notice of Election of Director for Northern Ward

I, Peter Charles Horne, Returning Officer, appointed under section 10 of the Dairy Board Act 1961, do hereby give notice of a poll to elect a Director for the Northern Ward of the New Zealand Dairy Board and do hereby give further notice that Wednesday, 18 April 1984, is the date on which the roll of electors for this ward shall be closed; that the nominations of candidates for the election must be in my office by noon on Wednesday, 16 May 1984; and that in the event of more than one candidate being nominated a poll will be held and that such poll will close at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, 27 June 1984.
