Notice of Receipt of Application for an International Air Service Licence
PURSUANT to section 7 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Polynesian Airlines Operations Limited of Apia, Western Samoa, has applied for an International Air Services Licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo, and mail between Auckland and Apia, optionally via Niue and/or Tonga, twice per week, and between Rarotonga and Apia optionally via Niue once per week. Further details of the proposal may be obtained from the Secretary for Transport, Ministry of Transport, Private Bag, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward those representations in writing to reach me on or before 13 April 1984.

The Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 1, 1984
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 1, 1984.
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
So much of the Traffic (Rodney County) Notice No. 1, 1982, dated the 16th day of March 1982†, which relates to the road in the Schedule hereto, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Rodney County at Orewa:
No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 100 metres measured south-westerly, generally along the said State highway from Moffats Road to a point 60 metres measured southerly, generally along the said State highway from Beach Road.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and pursuant to a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Amuri County) Notice No. 1, 1984.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Amuri County) Notice No. 1, 1974, dated the 23rd day of July 1974† and the Traffic (Amuri County) Notice No. 1, 1983, dated the 24th day of November 1983‡, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976, are hereby revoked.
