Declaring Land Acquired for Railway Purposes at Pukekohe
PURSUANT to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the General Manager of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen for railway purposes.

The Kaikoura High School Board of Governors Notice 1982: Amendment No. 1 (1984)
PURSUANT to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
(1) This notice shall be cited as the Kaikoura High School Board of Governors Notice 1982, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Kaikoura High School Board of Governors Notice 1982* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(2) This notice shall come into force upon the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Clause 3 (d) of the principal notice is hereby amended to read:
"One member elected by the school committees of Hapuku, Woodbank, Kaikoura Suburban and Lytton Downs Primary Schools."
The member elected pursuant to clause 3 (d) of the principal notice and who holds office on the date of coming into force of this notice shall continue in office for the term for which that member was elected.
