Special Conditions

  1. No person shall, for the purposes of hunting or killing game, build, or attempt to build, any stand, hide, shelter, maimai, mudhole, loo, louvre, or position before 9.00 a.m. on 31 March 1984.

Closed Game Area
Add:
(1) Section 1 and P.R. “B” Block VIII Ohau River S.D., and part Section 5, Block VIII, Ohau River S.D., Run 543, Ahuriri, Benmore, Ohau Lake, and Ohau River S.D.s, in the homestead paddocks surrounding the Benmore Station Pond. Present occupier J. Sutherland.
