CORRIGENDUM
Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the City of Wellington
In the declaration with the above heading dated 22 February 1984, and published in the Gazette of 1 March 1984, No. 29 at page 564, for the description “Lot 5 and part Lot 3, D.P. 402” which appears in the second line of the Schedule, read “Lot 5 and part Lot 3, Deeds Plan 402”, which description appears in the original declaration signed for the Minister of Works and Development.

State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park for Addition to Kaimanawa State Forest Park—Wellington Conservancy

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the Proclamation dated the 7th day of October 1982 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 14 October 1982, page 3376, concerning the land described in the Schedule hereto was invalid. Now therefore pursuant to section 63B (1) of the Forest Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976). I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Kaimanawa State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—TAUPO COUNTY
157.9440 hectares, more or less, being Section 1 and 2, Block II, Waiotaka Survey District. Part New Zealand Gazette, 1939, page 3529, as shown on plan T19/7, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. Plan 33327).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of March 1984.

THE RIGHT HON. D. MACINTYRE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the recommendation of the Minister of Labour made after consultation with the unions, associations, and organisations referred to in section 5 of that Act, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

Title—This order may be cited as the Rehabilitation League N.Z. (Incorporated), Christchurch Branch Order 1984.

Exemption—The Rehabilitation League N.Z. (Incorporated), Christchurch Branch, an organisation approved* under the former name of the Disabled Re-establishment League Incorporated by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby granted exemption in respect of its sheltered workshop at 156 Antigua Street, Christchurch from—
(a) All the provisions of every award and agreement that would otherwise apply to persons employed in that workshop; and
(b) The Minimum Wage Act 1945, the Holidays Act 1981, and sections 10 (2) (b) and 15 of the Factories and Commercial Premises Act 1981.
- Revocation—The Disabled Re-establishment League Incorporated Order 1974† is hereby revoked.
