PURSUANT to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated 9th day February 1984, published in the Gazette, 16 February 1984, No. 22, at page 412; declaring land held for Post Office purposes (residences), to be Crown land in the City of Napier, by omitting from the Schedule the words “Gisborne Land District” and substituting the words “Napier Land District”.
