Declaring Land to be Crown Land in the Borough of Otaki

PURSUANT to section 42 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948, together with and/or subject to (as applicable) the rights of way, water, power, gas, and telephone rights and to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 359308.1 described in the Second Schedule hereto and as shown on certificate of title No. 20B/977, Wellington Land Registry.

1. Appurtenant hereto are rights of way, water, power, gas, and telephone rights over:
