The Traffic (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1984
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and pursuant to a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1984.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1983, dated the 23rd day of June 1983†, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976 is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Mount Herbert County at Governors Bay:
Governors Bay - Lyttelton Road: from Jetty Road to a point 240 metres measured north-easterly, generally, along Governors Bay - Lyttelton Road from Sandy Bay Road.
Governors Bay - Teddington Road: from Jetty Road to a point 920 metres measured southerly, generally, along Governors Bay - Teddington Road from Jetty Road.
Dycrs Pass Road: from Governors Bay - Lyttelton Road to a point 130 metres measured northerly, generally, along Dycrs Pass Road from Governors Bay - Lyttelton Road.
Cresswell Avenue.
Jetty Road.
Merlincote Crescent.
Sandy Bay Road.
Zephyr Terrace.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Mount Herbert County at Governors Bay:
Church Lane.
Governors Bay - Teddington Road: from a point 920 metres measured southerly, generally, from Jetty Road to a point 1590 metres measured southerly, generally, from Jetty Road.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Transport, and pursuant to a subdelegation from the Secretary for Transport, I, Carne Maurice Clissold, Chief Traffic Engineer, hereby give the following notice:
NOTICE
THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Otamatea County) Notice No. 1, 1984.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 70 kilometres an hour speed limit areas pursuant to regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.
The Traffic (Otamatea County) Notice No. 3, 1969† and the Traffic (Otamatea County) Notice No. 1, 1978‡, dated the 31st day of March 1978‡, issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956 are hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Otamatea County at Mangawhai:
Insley Street.
Kaimui Road.
Leslie Street.
Moir Street: from a point 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Leslie Street to its north-eastern end.
Pearson Road.
SITUATED within Otamatea County at Mangawhai Heads:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the coast of the Pacific Ocean opposite the north-eastern end of Wintle Road; thence westerly, generally, by a right line to the north-eastern end of Pearl Street; thence westerly, generally, by a right line across Pearl Street to its north-western end; thence south-westerly, generally, by a right line to the north-western end of Cullen Street; thence southerly, generally, along the western side of Molesworth Road to its junction with Molesworth Road; thence across Cullen Street at right angles from its western side to its eastern side; thence southerly, generally, along the eastern side of Molesworth Road to a point 400 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said roadside from Suffolk Street; thence easterly, generally, by a right line to the south-western end of Lincoln Road; thence along the projection of the aforesaid right line to the shore of the Mangawhai Estuary; thence northerly, generally, along the shores of Mangawhai Estuary and Mangawhai Harbour; thence along the coast of the Pacific Ocean to the commencing point.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Otamatea County at Mangawhai:
Moir Street: from a point 50 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said road from Leslie Street to a point 100 metres measured easterly, generally, along the said road from Tara Road.
SITUATED within Otamatea County at Mangawhai Heads:
Molesworth Road: from Cullen Street to a point 400 metres measured southerly, generally, along the said road from Suffolk Street.

The Traffic (Mangonui County) No. 2, 1970, dated the 14th day of October 1970† issued pursuant to section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Mangonui County at Taipa:
No. 10 State Highway (Pakaraka-Awanui via Mangonui): from a point 200 metres measured westerly, generally, along the said State Highway from Mamaru Road to the eastern abutment of the Taipa Bridge.
