The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980,
Amendment No. 16 (No. 3200, Ag. 4/51/12)

PURSUANT to section 25 (2) of the Milk Act 1967, the Minister of
Agriculture hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Milk Producer Prices and
    Allowances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 16.

(2) This notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the
1st day of September 1983.

  1. The First Schedule to the Milk Producer Prices and Allowances
    Notice 1980 (as substituted by the Milk Producer Prices and Allow-
    ances Notice 1980, Amendment No. 15) is hereby revoked and the
    Schedule to this notice is hereby substituted therefore.

  2. The Milk Producer Prices and Allowances Notice 1980,
    Amendment No. 15* is hereby consequently revoked.

The Transport (Fees for Registration Plates and Licence Labels)
Notice 1984

PURSUANT to regulation 10 of the Motor Vehicles Registration and
Licensing Regulations 1965*, the Minister of Transport hereby gives
the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Transport (Fees for Registration
    Plates and Licence Labels) Notice 1984, and shall come into
    force on the 2nd day of March 1984.

  2. The fees for registration plates and licence labels in respect of
    the licensing year commencing on 1 July 1984, and (unless other-
    wise prescribed) any licensing year thereafter, shall be those speci-
    fied in the Schedule hereto.

  3. The Transport (Fees for Registration Plates and Licence Labels)
    Notice 1982† is hereby revoked provided that the fees prescribed
    therein shall remain in force until the end of the licensing year
    which commenced on 1 July 1983.

SCHEDULE

TRADE plates for:
Motorcycles, mopeds and trailers $2 each
Motor vehicles (other than motorcycles, $3 per set of
mopeds, and trailers) 2 plates

Registration plates for:
Motorcycles, mopeds, tractors and trailers $2 each
Motor vehicles not otherwise specified $4 per set of
2 plates
Licence labels 20 cents per
label

The Alcoholic Liquor Advisory Notice 1984

PURSUANT to section 27 (1) of the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory
Council Act 1976, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following
notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Alcoholic Liquor Advisory
    Council Levy Notice 1984.

  2. The rates of levy payable in accordance with the year ending
    31 March 1985 shall be as follows:

Beer 0.44 c/per litre.
Spirit 14.27 c/per litre of alcohol.
Fortified Wine 2.62 c/per litre.
Unfortified Wine 1.60 c/per litre.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed
Premises Nelson Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to sections 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act
1962, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice, hereby give
notice that the Nelson Licensing Committee on 19 December 1983
made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading
for the licensed premises known as the Globe Tavern, Nelson.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed
premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general
public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises
shall be as follows: For the Bottle Store.

On any Friday and Saturday, opening at 11 o’clock in the morning
and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening for the period 1 November
to 31 March in any year.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered
Club, South Canterbury Licensing Committee

PURSUANT to sections 221A and 221B of the Sale of Liquor Act
1962, I, Stanley James Callahan, Secretary for Justice hereby give
notice that the South Canterbury Licensing Committee on 27
January 1984 made an order authorising variations of the usual
hours of trading for the Chartered Club known as the Combined
Services Club Inc. Twizel.

To the intent that on days other than those on which Chartered
Clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members
the hours for the closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday and Saturday (not being Christmas Eve or New
Year’s Eve)—Closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On any Christmas Eve—Closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.
(c) On any New Year’s Eve—Closing at 00.30 o’clock on the
morning of New Year’s Day.
