A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as substituted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park which shall hereby form part of the Victoria State Forest Park.

SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—INANGAHIUA COUNTY

506 square metres, more or less, being Section 49, Town of Waiuta, situated in Block XIII, Waitahu Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 2D, folio 823.

1011 square metres, more or less, being Section 50, Town of Waiuta, situated in Block XIII, Waitahu Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 2D, folio 824.

2023 square metres, more or less, being Section 51, Town of Waiuta, situated in Block XIII, Waitahu Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 2D, folio 825.

All above as shown on plan L31/5, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington. (S.O. 10446).

Declaring Land Used as a Roadway in Block VII, Hokianga Survey District, Hokianga County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to sections 421 and 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, and section 25(j) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road, and to be vested in the Crown.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land, situated in Block VII, Hokianga Survey District, described as follows:

6876 Part Waiwhatawhata 1A3A Block; marked “A” on plan.
8744 Part 1A Waiwhatawhata Block; marked “F” on plan.
818 Part Waiwhatawhata 1A2B4B Block; marked “G” on plan.

As shown as above mentioned on S.O. Plan 56192, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

This proclamation is in substitution for the proclamation dated 28th day of November 1983, published in the Gazette of 1st December 1983, No. 202, at page 4157, declaring land used as a roadway in Block VII, Hokianga Survey District, Hokianga County, to be road pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1981, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in The Richmond Borough Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this proclamation in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to section 17 of the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint Robyn Janet Leeming of Palmerston North, University Lecturer, to be a representative of the constituent district of Palmerston North City, formerly described as the Borough of Palmerston North pursuant to the 1921 Representation Order, on the Manawatu-Oruoua Electric Power Board.
