Price Order No. 272 (Milk Delivery Margins and Allowances)
NOTICE is hereby given that Price Order 272, dated 20 February 1984 and published in the Gazette, No. 26, dated 23 February 1984, on page 501, has altered and should read as follows:
SCHEDULE
STANDARD RATES OF MARGINS AND ALLOWANCES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF THE DELIVERY OF TOWN MILK
- In addition, there shall be payable to every vendor entitled to claim margins or allowances in terms of the Milk Marketing Order 1968, the sum of $23.39 per day for every day on which deliveries are undertaken.

Further Extending the Time Within Which Commission of Inquiry into Contractual Arrangements Entered into by the Broadcasting Corporation of New Zealand With its Employees and into Certain Matters Related to Advertising May Report

ORDER IN COUNCIL
To all to whom these presents shall come, and to:
WALTER REID JACKSON, of Dunedin, Chartered Accountant; and
MERVYN ROWLAND GOOD, of Christchurch, Chartered Accountant:
Greeting:
WHEREAS, by an Order in Council made on the 16th day of September 1983*, you, the said Walter Reid Jackson and Mervyn Rowland Good, were appointed to be a Commission to inquire into and report upon contractual arrangements entered into by the Broadcasting Corporation of New Zealand with its employees and into certain matters relating to advertising:
And whereas, by the said Order in Council, you were required to submit your report not later than the 9th day of December 1983:
And whereas, by an Order in Council made on the 28th day of November 1983*, the time within which you were so required to report was extended until the 29th day of February 1984:
And whereas it is expedient that the time for so reporting should be further extended as hereinafter provided:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the Commissions of Inquiry Act 1908, I, The Honourable Sir David Stuart Beattie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby extend until the 19th day of April 1984 the time within which you, the said Walter Reid Jackson and Mervyn Rowland Good, are so required to report, without prejudice to the continuation of the liberty conferred upon you by the Order in Council made on the 16th day of September 1983 to report your proceedings and recommendations from time to time if you should judge it expedient so to do, and hereby confirm the said Order in Council and the Commission thereby constituted, save as modified by these presents.
Given in Executive Council under the hand of his Excellency the Governor-General this 27th day of February 1984.
