Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a roadmans cottage site reserve over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Masterton County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves.

Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve

PURSUANT to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Lands, hereby revokes the notice reserving part of the Tukorehe Scenic Reserve dated 21 November 1983 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 8 December 1983, No. 207, page 4303.

Classification of Reserve and Declaration that the Reserve be Part of the Tukorehe Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977 and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Tukorehe Scenic Reserve to be administered by the Matamata County Council.
