Reservation of Land and Naming of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director-General hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, such land to remain subject to registered lease 9B/221 (Otago Registry), as a historic reserve, and further, pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the “Young Australian Historic Reserve”.

Transfer of Unformed Legal Road in Block I, Waiau Survey District, Amuri County

PURSUANT to section 323 of the Local Government Act 1974, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Commissioner of Crown Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Amuri County Council pursuant to the said section 323 and on the publication of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
