Block XI, Hastings Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District Right to Drain Sewerage Easement (In Gross) for a Public Utility,
Pursuant to the Forests Act 1949, to be Acquired Over Land in
Block IX, Wai-iti Survey District, Waimea County

PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister PURSUANT to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister

land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in the Crown
the rights set out in the fourth and fifth paragraphs of the Seventh
Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952 on the 23rd day of February
1984.
